David was a young lad
When he faced a giant strong
With God's help he was a victor
And showed on whose side to belong.
No matter how big the problem you face,
With God's help you can win ,too
The biggest thing is allowing God to help
Instead of doing it all, just you.
Needing help is no disgrace
It happens to the best of us
God is bigger than any need or problem
In His love we must learn to trust.
God knows the final outcome
He knows the choices you need
Ask Him for the guidance to questions
With His help you will succeed.
Your questions are never too tough
God knows them every one
He will instruct and teach you
Just as He guided His only Son.
God's love reaches out to you
To help heal and forgive
Any problems, needs, or answers
He is able and willing to freely give.
He loves you because you are His
Just as we love our kids
He wishes to give you the best
And from your problems He will rid.
If you would help your child
Become all that they can be
Know that God wants to do the same
For you ,His child, He will set free.

HOW LONG SINCE YOU HEARD GOD?
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD HIM SPEAK?
DO YOU HAVE TIME TO LISTEN
IS HE INCLUDED IN YOR WEEK?
GOD DOESN'T ALWAYS COME IN A FIERY BUSH
OR IN A VOICE LIKE THUNDER GREAT
SOMETIMES HE WANTS YOU TO LISTEN QUIET
SO HE CAN TALK WITHOUT SHOUTING... JUST WAIT
WAIT FOR THE QUIET WHISPER
HE YEARNS TO SPEAK WITH YOU
TO HAVE COMMUNION, TO GUIDE YOU
BUT TOO LATE, YOU PRAYED AND THEN RAN WHEN THRU
STOP AND TAKE TIME TO LISTEN
FOR WHAT GOD WISHES YOU TO HEAR
STOP TALKING WHEN YOU PRAY AND LISTEN
TO THE VOICE OF HIS SPIRIT SO CLEAR
GOD KNOWS YOUR NAME AND ALL ABOUT YOU
HE DESIRES TO FELLOWSHIP AND TALK WITH YOU
BUT PRAYER WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE ONE-SIDED
LISTEN FOR HIS ANSWER WHEN YOU'RE THROUGH
GIVE GOD TIME TO TALK
JUST AS YOU WOULD A FRIEND
IT'S VERY IMPORTANT, YOU'LL NEVER BE THE SAME
WHEN GOD SPEAKS YOUR NAME AS A FRIEND.
